I know there are many institutes teaching ITIL V3 in Mumbai but I cannot take leave from my office and attend class. From the Midday newspaper I found that the CPSS is offering ITIL V3 preperation notes and I went to their Juhu branch and saw the notes and purchased the course. After about 2 months I gave my exam at a prometric centre and passed with 30 correct answers out of 40. I was desperate for a ECCE Teacher's Training course as I could not find any such course in Doha. Then I found www.cpssnet.com on the web site and I did the course. The Kuwait office was very helpful and I must say a special thanks to Miss Olive for her help and assistance and she never hesitated to call me from Kuwait whenever I sent her an email saying I want have a doubt. I was searching for an ITIL V2 preparation course in Kuwait and then I found the CPSS from Indiansinkuwait.com. Miss Olive was very charming and helpful and as she is ITIL V3 Foundations certified she helped me with good advice and I did the ITIL V2 course. The course notes are very professional and I did not use any other notes to study. I was working as a LKG teacher in an Indian school in Kuwait and then one day the Principle said we should submit our graduation certificate and our Teacher's training certificate.
