DELIVERY OF COURSE NOTES AND CERTIFICATES |

| Despatching Training Material and the Certificate | ||
Training material will be emailed to you in .PDF format. No training material will be printed or sent by post or delivered on CD's. This ensures that our courses remail affordable as we save on paper, printing and postal/courier charges. |
||
For some courses, 2 lessons will be emailed every week for six weeks, usually on Monday and Wednesday. This is done so that students can concentrate on two chapters at a time and take an interest to study and appear for the Exam. This also encourages the student to go through the chapters emailed and contact the Professor concerned to clarify doubts. |
||
Mumbai & the rest of India : Certificates will be despatched by a courier serivce, originating from Mumbai or can be collected personally from our office in Juhu, Mumbai. |
||
Kuwait, Middle East & the rest of the world : Certificates will be despatched by a courier service originating from Kuwait or can be collected from our Kuwait City office. Click HERE to see a sample certificate. |

| Submission of your Exam | ||
The CPSS certificate will be despatched 3 weeks after the submission of your final project. Your final exam answers can be sumbitted by email or post. |
||
Questions of your exam will be sent to you, on your request, in a .PDF and MS-Word file in the form of an attachment. You can appear for your exam immediately on receipt of your questions or within a time limit emailed to you (mostly 10 days). If you do not do so, you will charged Kd.5/- or Indian Rs.750/- for extending the time limit or for resending new questions. |

You have to appear for the exam within 12 months from the date you received your study material. This applies for one course. If you have enrolled for more than one course, study time will be mentioned with your study materials. |
||
If 12 months is not sufficient for one course, the time period will be extended on your request for an additional 1 year with a charge of Kd.5/- or Indian Rs.750/- If this late charge is not paid, you will not be sent the project questions and you will not be eligible for certification. |
||
| No extra charges if you fail the exam for the first time. Second attempts onwards will be charged Kd.5/- or Indian Rs.750/-every time. | ||
